IN HIS WORDS: I’ve been working in kitchens for around 13 years now but only started doing it professionally for 9 years. I grew up in Sylvan Lake and moved to Red Deer to open One Eleven Grill 8 years ago, never looking back! I have learned everything I know from working alongside talented chefs, sous chefs and cooks throughout the years. Also, doing fast paced catering events and large parties at One Eleven Grill has tempered me and made me the chef I am today! I think the best part of working in a kitchen is putting a smile on people’s faces and providing a great experience. I hope to be doing that for years to come!
